New Executive Director

Spring is a season of new beginnings, and here at Arts Development Company, we have some exciting changes underway. Sophie is stepping into the role of Executive Director and will take time to explore what the next chapter looks like for the small but mighty team.

This year brings change, our contract with Dorset Council will conclude in Autumn. While this means we’ll be adapting to new funding realities, it also opens the door to fresh opportunities and renewed focus on how we can best support the creative sector. 

We're particularly looking forward to the publication of the Creative Health Strategy and witnessing Wimborne’s Town of Culture flourish. There’s lots of change ahead, but also plenty of optimism.
